My sister functions in a little but quite active office. She employed to enjoy her job, bosses and coworkers until finally recently. She has been there for about 12 years. An Additional coworker was diagnosed with MS. That is really unfortunate however, this individual is still coming into work but not doing the job as well. This girl is out ill a lot and even when she does arrive to work, she is really late (like noon time). The load of the function is put on the other workers, which they don’t mind carrying out but now they are all finding stressed out, overtired and operate down. The bosses stated they will not have the $$ in the budget to retain the services of yet another individual to help out so they would just have to offer with it. My sister comes residence and cries every night time from stress. She (and the others) come to feel undesirable for the girl with MS but they all come to feel they are at a lifeless end. They don’t want to quit their work since it is a good organization to operate for. Can anyone offer you any advice?
