I am making hot chocolate (the hot chocolate that comes in the packets) and I like using hot milk instead of hot water because it makes it richer. My microwave is broken so how do I make milk hot without a microwave? And if it is on a stove or something like that, what do I use and how long and what temperature. Answer quick. Thanks!

The US seems to increase it’s military budget every year no matter the state of the economy or level of threat or whether a conventional army is of any use to deterring a terrorist. Just curious what the concensus is. If America had 20 more nuclear subs, 1,000 more tanks, 150 more raptors and 5 more destroyers, would that stop terrorism?
